ABOUT ME

I say what most people are too uncomfortable to admit.

No filters. No softening. No pretending everything is fine when it isn’t.

I’ve lived the version of life that looks good on the outside but feels completely off underneath.

You can do everything right and still feel disconnected.

Like you’re performing a life that doesn’t actually belong to you.

That stopped being acceptable to me.

So I changed.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.

But intentionally.

Now I speak, write, and create for the women who feel that same disconnect….

and are ready to stop settling for a life that looks good and start living one that actually feels right.

I don’t fix people. I wake them up.

Not overnight. Not perfectly, but intentionally.

If you’re done pretending, we should talk.

You’re not confused. You’re avoiding it.

You don’t need more information. You need a shift.
